Not suggesting it's impossible, but Browne is meant to be negotiating with Oquendo to contest the vacant WBA belt he thought was already his.

He'd have less trouble with Oquendo and come away with a belt as well.

Then again, if Oquendo doesn't come up fit and willing, Browne vs Haye would make a lot of sense.

Getting tickets at face value will be even more difficult than usual if this is the case... Stubhub may actually explode.

Briggs would be a terrible fight. Briggs is just a clown at this point. If Haye is serious he will face a legit contender now.
