Has anyone notice at the last Duco event some of the officials were wearing PBC uniform?

does anyone know what the PBC is?

I know they had a conference in New Zealand before the last joseph parker fight

I heard thats its something like an international commissioning body not a sanctioning body

its called Professional Boxing Commission I been told they dont have a website yet

Maybe Duco has set-up its own commission?
