Boxrec has rankings and actually, one of the most reliable rankingsystems out there in my opinion. If you achieve rank 1, you're usually actually the best, especially in the heavyweights.

I like both rankings actually. Please noge that both are quite similar. I also rate Stiverne lower and AJ higher.
Also, who's Carl Meehan? Neither are perfect, but on the short look I rate boxrec higher, I'll make a second opinion soon, when I'm not on my phone.
