Why is Demetrius Andrade fighting Jack Culcay for a secondary world title in Germany when he is the mandatory for Jermell Charlo's WBC title?

Andrade will most likely win the Regular WBA belt, but who is advising him??

Also worth noting that the Charlo's don't seem to be in a rush to actually fight, might simply be easier to get a fight with Culcay than Charlo...

Nothing easy about getting a fight in the pbc, I bet either Charlo would love to hit Germany.

I think that Charlo had corrective eye surgery or some kind of elective procedure that he conveniently scheduled right after Andrade won his last fight in spectacular fashion. These Charlo's have to go, i can't stand either one of them. But to be honest, I'd avoid Andrade if I were Charlo too. Andrade is super dangerous and he doesn't have a strong fanbase so with the way boxing is these days, it comes down to risk vs. reward. Why risk your title for chump change if you can find a way to get out of it? The problem with boxing. Obviously.
