Had a few pints after work and somehow came upon this question with a few mates.
We came up with Hatton and Bruno. Can you list any others? More might come to mind when I'm actually sober

If it's winning a world title – Herbie Hide
If it's fighting for one – Dave Boy Green too.
Going back a long way – Jimmy Wilde (edit looked it up and he did lose a newspaper decision)

One of my mates said Gary Mason. He was never world level but I watched his fight with Lewis recently and was very surprised - it was quite competitive in many ways. He shows great heart at the end of the fight when hurt, really goes for Lewis.

Agreed. He was never proven world class was he. Wouldn't have minded seeing him vs Bruno though.

Yeah Mason was very strong. Can't remember what happened but didn't he have an optical injury?
