Good morning,

While I was searching for some good match to watch, when I realize some bit recent fights that IMO were robbed for some fighters with some difference (like 2-3 unfair rounds):

- Jose Pedraza vs Edner Cherry (Cherry should have won).
- Ricky Burns vs Kiryl Relikh (Relikh should have won).
- Lucian Bute vs Badou Jack (Jack should have won).
- Jean Pascal vs Yunieski Gonzalez (Gonzalez should have won).
- Marcus Browne vs Radivoje Kalajdzic (Kalajdzic should have won).

**Super Bonus = Nicholas Walters vs Jason Sosa (Walters should have won).

I think that the judging should have be improved to avoid such bad results (like the use of technology, or 2 extra judges watching from above, less money involved or else), the career of a fighter depends on a fair result, since the boxer is the person that bust his 4ss 3-4 months training for 36 minutes for a 5hit result and sometimes the loss the undefeated record. (To not say the shame in the Olympics this year, that at leat 5 fights were shamelessly robbed)

What do you think about it?

A lot of the tight fights but can go on both sides, not always just that someone robbed.

A roberry is more like Byrd Oquendo or Forrest Quartey. Fights like the first couple Pacquiao Marquez I don't consider actual roberries because they could in fact go either way.

these are real examples.

I haven't seen all of those but some aren't robbery. Burns vs Relikh was a close fight and you can make cases for either guy winning.

For me a robbery is like Chisora vs Helenius where Chisora clearly won but didn't get the decision or Ricky Burns vs Beltran where Beltran clearly won.

Examples of fights that could go either way? I've never seen the entire Louis/Walcott fight but pea was brutally robbed.

Holyfield V Valuev

Valuev got the decision but hardly did a thing in the whole fight, could have argued that Holyfield won every round.
Holyfield was robbed and should won the WBA world tittle at 46.
It still p!sses me off now!

I think I'd have liked to have seen that.

Chudinov vs Sturm 2 was a clear robbery. Another one in Germany was Stieglitz vs Khomitsky. Khomitsky was also robbed in UK multiple times.

The close fight is not an example and people often take such an example. It does not make sense.

I'll never call a close fight a robbery. Pac/JMM's fights were so close that it's ridiculous to hear people complain about those decisions. I don't even consider Pac/Bradley1 as a robbery honestly. If you watch that fight again and score it, the second half of that fight belonged to Bradley and Pac coasted late in that fight and gave it away in the same manner than Oscar did with Tito. Similar fights.

To me, a robbery is where collusion is clearly identified where there was no possible way an opinion or judgement could be justified. Something that is so obviously crooked like that one judge in the Canelo/Floyd fight that scored it a draw. There's no possible way you could find a way to score that fight a draw. That is 100% collusion as there's no possible way you could interpret the fight that way.

I think that more robberies happen in those fights where a bluechip boxer is fighting a club fighter in an 8 rounder coming up. I constantly see horrible decisions in those fights. Those fights typically are won with a pen and not gloves. But they'll never change the way boxing is judged and scored.

Arguably robbed against Martin Murray can't see where else he has been robbed here.

He ko'd Etches and Buglioni Moore retired in the corner and he clearly lost to John Ryder.

"Clearly" lost to John Ryder? The only clear thing was that he failed to stop Ryder, but he dominated.

I don't know if my memory is just fading, but I feel like I can't remember as many high profile robberies in the last few years as there had been before that. The most high-profile robberies I can think of in recent years have been Pacquiao - Bradley 1, Mayweather - Maidana 1, Cunningham - Glazkov, and Jose Benavidez - Mauricio Herrera.

The last 4 on your list were outright corruption... The Bute, Pascal, Browne, and Walters verdicts were overt robberies.. A 10-year-old kid could tell who won.

The amount of times I've heard someone call a fight a robbery.... And then say they had it 7-5......is way too many.

I don't think Byrd vs Oquendo was a robbery. I scored it 114-114. Now, Whitaker vs Chavez - it was a real robbery.

Okada Vs Hosokawa. Awful judging. Poor Hosokawa got hosed badly
