It looks like it is booked on Showtime. I really, really, like this match-up. Both guys are solid, and it should be a good one. My first thought is to favor Thurman, but Garcia seems to always find a way to win. Still picking Thurman in a close fight.

Thurman to win by stoppage in a shoot out

LOVE this fight. Let's hear the DSG haters knock him somehow for this fight too. I'm sure the idiots will even though Garcia is creating a hit list and record that is of better quality than any boxer out there. Sure he's had a couple soft stay busy fights but he throws in a very difficult fight every other year. Proof is in the pudding.

This fight is going to be fantastic a lot prettier to watch than the bull in a China shop Porter wrestling for 12 rounds against Thurman. Garcia has a great chin but his face is breaking down more in every fight he has. Thurman's chin is ok but the body shot is his obvious achilles heal. Thurman's big right hand vs. Garcia's big left. This will be an instant classic and possible series of fights IMO. My money is on Garcia by a decision in which Thurman will be in trouble in multiple rounds but a close decision in the end goes to DSG. Can't wait.

Looking forward to this one.
