Except Canelo needs to fight GGG far less than GGG needs to fight Canelo.T w_savage wrote:This is just bullshit tactics from the canelo camp trying to repair his reputation with gullible fans that get fooled by this sort of thing!
GGG is the middleweight champion, Canelo wants to challenge.. Canelo brings more ££ to the table but GGG is recognised champion so 50/50 the money and get effing on with it.
Canelo is not a great win for CPG. It is just money and additional exposure to casual fans. After unifying MW, Golovkin will move up and have way better wins than Canelo.BitPlayer wrote:Except Canelo needs to fight GGG far less than GGG needs to fight Canelo.T w_savage wrote:This is just bullshit tactics from the canelo camp trying to repair his reputation with gullible fans that get fooled by this sort of thing!

Without beating Canelo, GGG's is a career without a great win.
Without beating GGG, Canelo will be fine and the fact he never fought him will be something that gets brought up every now and then like that fight Rocky should've lost.

He'll have great wins in that weak divions, really? And what age will he be then, 35 atleast? How many people only got a great resume at that age?boxing_rocks wrote:Canelo is not a great win for CPG. Without beating GGG, Canelo is just a little guy whose body "is not ready" for 160.
Because Canelo has a crazy good record at 26.Butterbean wrote:BitPlayer wrote:Except Canelo needs to fight GGG far less than GGG needs to fight Canelo.T w_savage wrote:This is just bullshit tactics from the canelo camp trying to repair his reputation with gullible fans that get fooled by this sort of thing!
