The flash knockdown in the second round may have caused Vargas to lose his confidence, as he was very negative in the third. 29-27 to Pacquiao.

Stephen A. Smith may be entertaining, but he's not a good boxing commentator.

Vargas is looking out of his depth and his offence is weak. 39-36 to Pacquiao.

I reckon the Filipino is likely to stop Vargas because too many of his punches are landing cleanly.

I don't know if Manny is loading up or whether his fleshy physique accurately reflects his fitness levels, but Pacquiao isn't throwing as many punches as he used to.

It doesn't really matter though, because what he's doing is enough to win the rounds.

Vargas has regained some confidence and he started gaining some form of success over the last two rounds.

Modern days deserve modern judging

Vargas is brave and he is trying, but he's getting beaten up and he may need to either stop or score several knockdowns over Pacquiao to win the bout.

Pacquiao blamed the shoulder injury for his low work-rate against Mayweather, but he's fighting at the same pace against Vargas.

Manny is still winning the rounds though, but the ninth wasn't clear-cut.

Vargas appears to be in survival mode, as he appears to have lost his ambition.

Nothing interesting to say about the eleventh round, as it's all one way traffic from Pacquiao.

The Top Rank commentators are pretty bad though, earlier on they were talking about Naseem Hamed suffering a stoppage loss, which of course never happened.
