WBC overturned judges scoring and title fight result...

Someone mentioned Kerry Hope in another thread. Remember he lost a fight on the cards for the WBC Asian Boxing title against a Thai in Thailand in 2015. One judgr scored it a draw on the night, one gave it Hope by 6 and one against Hope by 2.
WBC viewed the fight back on tape, changed the decision from a draw to a Hope win (scoring it 117-111 on all 3 cards), and suspended two of the judges until they'd undergone rigourous further training.
Has this happened many other times? I can think of numerous other fights that could've been taken to appeal.
