with this new deal BT and Mr Warren have signed im predicting a big first show in early 2017 so who would be available??

Haye v Pulev
Wilder v H Fury
Browne v Briggs
Flanagan v Crolla
Saunders v Eubank
Butler v Conlan
Satchell v Farrag
Galahad v Dickens
Catterall v Theophane
L Smith v Williams

Would have to feature a name known to casual sports fans so most of that list is out, Haye or Eubank would be the only ones who could sell a fight to make people subscribe to BT

BJS v GGG would probably be quite easy to get made GGG has shown he doesn't mind travelling over here to fight would want the belt off him and would be a good payday for BJS and a loss wouldn't do too much harm he could even improve his reputation by taking the fight and holding his own. For BT this would be massive to have a top 5 lb for lb fighter fighting a unification on its first show. On the undercard Flanagan in an easy defence, Tete then Ryan Walsh, Skeete, Liam Williams or Patterson and Langford defending there british titles

Not sure if this BT deal makes the Crolla fight harder or easier to get made as Frank would of let it be on sky box office but now I cant see BT wanting one of his best fighters being on another channel and there is no way Eddie would let Crolla fight on BT

I can't see them going for anymore easy defences after Cruz, they didn't want those fights in the first place but the bigger fights they went for didn't happen. Don't think they're that interested in Crolla anymore now that he doesn't have a belt, Terry wants big fights, either a unification, a big fight in the US or Crolla and he's towards the bottom of that list at this stage. Wouldn't surprise me if we saw Linares over here again next year, would be a big two fingers up to Hearn and the big fight that Flanagan's wanted since he won the title.

Maybe I was a bit unfair on them but get frustrated of Franks fighters talking big names then something always going wrong for one reason or another. Flanagan Linares would be a brilliant fight for the fans plus casuals would know of him from fights with Mitchell and Crolla would be an easy sell for BT

I think this deal being on the cards may have played a part in some of the fights we've seen this year, especially towards the end of the year, they weren't going to pay out big money to opponents and risk making a loss knowing that they had big money coming from BT early next year.

More likely to see A Mitchell Smith George Jupp rematch than any of those fights.

1. Does this mean that allegedly as a TV outlet will cease to function (as all promoters under current allegedly deal will now fight on BT Sport 1. Or is it merely that allegedly will now be part of the BT TV platform (I don't have BT TV so don't know if that is the point).

2. What does this mean for allegedly subscribers on Sky.... I don't want to move to a streaming service. I want to watch it on TV on Sky.

From how I interpreted the link, all that is really happening is that allegedly will become part of BT Sport as a "seperate" channel. Similar to how ESPN became part of BT Sport. I don't think the content will change dramatically.

BT broadband, for non-BT TV customers, comes with BT Sports lite. Basically you only get BT Sports 1 for free. You have to pay an extra £6 to get the full collection of BT Sports channels and a further £5 if you want then in HD. B0xnati0n will be used as an up selling tool by BT to get people toove from BT lite to their full packege. Those with just BT lite will get the 20 live shows per year. If they like what they see they can upgrade their BT Spprts pack to get all the B0xnati0n action.

Right ok. So as I'm with Virgin and don't currently subscribe to BT Sport and have no interest in doing so, this announcement basically doesn't affect me at all.
