Well I have mentally accepted that I won't see Mayweather in the ring again. I also can't make my mind up as to whether Mayweather was REALLY good, or Alvarez was REALLY bad in their last match up.BitPlayer wrote:Mayweather rematch?Rob3_142 wrote:I can't see any fight other than Golovkin which wouldn't disappoint me.

That's the thing with Mayweather, he's very good at making good boxers look very average.DannyMCR wrote:The formerRob3_142 wrote:Well I have mentally accepted that I won't see Mayweather in the ring again. Really, I don't want to see Canelo vs GGG. I expect Canelo's win - decision by robbery. ODLH is too mighty, has three quarters of American judges in his pocket. Only GGG's chance is KO/TKO, and Canelo is very durable fighter.gilgamesh wrote:Golovkin or I don't care....Canelo never matters to me again without fighting Golovkin.

Can't call yourself Middleweight Champion without fighting the best Middleweight. Period. He put himself in this position with the "I don't f*ck around" comment. Now this is gonna hang over his head forever until he steps in the ring and settles the issue.Enlightened-One wrote:gilgamesh wrote:Golovkin or I don't care....Canelo never matters to me again without fighting Golovkin.
Canelo may well be durable, but Golovkin is a killer. He'd just walk through a few of his jabs to get some clean shots. Don't fancy alvarez avoiding it for 12 rounds. Barely make it half way.ValMar wrote:Really, I don't want to see Canelo vs GGG. I expect Canelo's win - decision by robbery. ODLH is too mighty, has three quarters of American judges in his pocket. When did Golovkin fight the best Middleweight?gilgamesh wrote:Can't call yourself Middleweight Champion without fighting the best Middleweight. Period. Who is the best Middleweight? I'm just curious who others consider the man to beat.BitPlayer wrote:When did Golovkin fight the best Middleweight?gilgamesh wrote:Can't call yourself Middleweight Champion without fighting the best Middleweight. I'd still say GGG, but I think Canelo would have a good chance to beat him.pablothunder wrote:Who is the best Middleweight? I'm just curious who others consider the man to beat.BitPlayer wrote:When did Golovkin fight the best Middleweight?gilgamesh wrote:

That's true,, But Technically Canelo is already a middleweight. Lineal Champion.boxing_rocks wrote:If he is really planning to fight Golovkin, he needs to fight a good middleweight like Lemieux/Saunders/Eubank.
In my eyes too, that's the match to be made.BitPlayer wrote:I'd still say GGG, but I think Canelo would have a good chance to beat him.pablothunder wrote:Who is the best Middleweight? I'm just curious who others consider the man to beat.BitPlayer wrote: When did Golovkin fight the best Middleweight?
