Let me say I appreciate all the support and kind words regarding the WBU and the garbage posted on social media regarding someone "taking" the WBU and moving it back to the U.K. My friends- this propaganda is just that. This comes from a man named Gianluca Di Caro who was the WBU licensee for WBU Europe until a few weeks ago when his license was terminated for non-performance. Now while we have sanctioned titles across the U.K. during the 3 years Mr. di Caro was with us the obligations were not fulfilled on his end. So what does he do -is bringing up a company founded in 2008 that has been "dormant" and recently activated to be the sanctioning body. This information is public record with assets of 100 British Pounds. I assure you that we the WBU has NEVER received even a letter from an attorney or barrister (English attorney) informing us of any "rights" of another party for the WBU or infringement of such-thus any "judgement" is bogus without notice. So now the WBU has retained counsel to seek damages against Mr. di Caro and this other party for seeking to harm us and restrict our business over in the U.K. Even though we realize there are no assets to be seized from a ruling. I would like to state for all and I intend to slight to my U.K. friends that the USA has been independent of the U.K. For hundreds of years. Thus any "kangaroo" court ruling that may be given would be not only temporary at best due to improper procedures and the fact we the USA WBU have standing in the U.K. since we have operated for years there but would also only affect us in the U.K. -not here in the USA. As our laws and procedures are different. In closing let me give you something to think about. Mr. di Caro was under contract with the WBU here till a couple months ago supposedly working in our best interest yet suddenly is trying to take control of a USA company. Was he undermining us the entire time? Was this a scheme? Also he registered our jointly owned company WBU -Europe Limited of which the WBU is 49 percent owner in 2013 and did not pay yearly fees to the U.K. Government and filed papers stating the only shareholder was him. Sounds like fraud to me and to our legal counsel. I assure all those working with us that this is smoke and mirrors from someone whose business dealings are suspect and had an ultimatum for years while getting proprietary information from the WBU for other means as well as registering domains with the WBU name while under contract to us and then refusing to turn them over to us on termination of his license. You make up your mind who you wish to do business with. They are finished though it is like a cockroach infestation. It takes a bit of time but will be eradicated.
