BWH Rankings as of 19 November 2016:
Champion in Recess: Tyson Fury
1. Wladimir Klitschko
2. Alexander Povetkin
3. Deontay Wilder
4. Luis Ortiz
5. Kubrat Pulev
6. Joseph Parker
7. Anthony Joshua
8. Bryant Jennings
9. Carlos Takam
10. Vyacheslav Glazkov
11. Lucas Browne
12. Bermane Stiverne
13. Artur Szpilka
14. Dereck Chisora
15. VACANT
Topic A - Who should fill the vacant #15 ranking?
The candidates are:
Christian Hammer
Andy Ruiz Jr
David Haye
Jun Long Zhang
Johann Duhaupas
To make a vote that will be counted, you must order the above fighters from 1-5, with 1 being the highest and 5 the lowest.
My vote:
1. Hammer
2. Duhaupas
3. Ruiz Jr
4. Haye
5. Zhang
Note: The votes will be tallied using a preferential vote counting system. If no fighter has 50% +1 of the #1 votes, the fighter with the lowest number of #1 votes will be eliminated, and their #2 vote becomes a #1. This process is repeated until one fighter has the majority.

In an ideal world, yes, but given the relatively small number of votes, I'll take this one. Ruiz and Zhang are running last anyway, so it's unlikely I'll need to go past the third preference.

Actually Ruiz has a good chance of winning as he has lot of 2nds and they will start becoming 1st.

The votes here actually show perfectly how much lack of knowledge people got about the heavyweight division. Daffy, who's scared of Briggs, get ranked above better opponents by many, while Hughie Fury isn't even considered, while he's clearly better as Daffy.
Ah well, funny topic in a few years.

Good point, I hadn't noticed that. Actually, I'm considering changing the vote counting method, as I think doing it in the way I have prescribed isn't the best when dealing with a relatively small number of votes. Perhaps I'll count who is preferred head-to-head.
At this point:
Hammer 4-8 Duhaupas
Hammer 6-6 Ruiz Jr
Hammer 7-5 Haye
Hammer 11-1 Zhang
Duhaupas 7-5 Ruiz Jr
Duhaupas 8-4 Haye
Duhaupas 11-1 Zhang
Ruiz Jr 5-7 Haye
Ruiz Jr 10-1 Zhang
Haye 9-3 Zhang
Based on preferential voting, where a fighter needs 7 of the 12 votes to win:
Round 1:
Hammer - 4
Haye - 3
Duhaupas - 3
Ruiz - 1
Zhang - 1 (eliminated based on preferences)
Round 2:
Hammer - 4
Haye - 3
Duhaupas - 3
Ruiz - 2 (eliminated)
Round 3:
Hammer - 4
Haye - 4
Duhaupas - 4
So there's a 3-way tie and nowhere to go. Like I said, this is a good way of counting votes, better than first past the post, but it doesn't work so well with small numbers.

It's not a lack of knowledge - it's a different opinion to your own.
I think it's very unlikely Haye is scared of Briggs. Briggs is just an unattractive opponent for Haye, because while Haye should be able to beat him, Briggs would always have a puncher's chance and has a pretty good chin too, so Haye may not be able to bomb him out early like he did his recent opponents. Briggs is fairly lowly regarded and losing to him would ruin Haye's reputation and money earning capability. The risk-reward ratio just isn't there. It's not fear, it's just a business decision.
That Hughie Fury is clearly better than Haye is, again, nothing more than your own opinion. Perhaps he's better, perhaps he's not, but there's nothing clear about it.

That's fear and it's common sense that Hughie is better
