I've just watched Taylor's pro debut against Kopinska... and regardless her gender, her fighting style and her overall technique impresses me greatly. She can almost certainly fight!

What do you guys think? :TU:

I'm American so I've been hearing a lot about Claressa Shields, who I thought looked pretty damn good. But this Katie Taylor is much more impressive. She is the most impressive female fighter I have seen save Lucia Ryker. Perfect form and technique. :box: :bag: :box: :bag: :box:

It looks like ESPN have also embarked on the Katie Taylor bandwagon:

"Katie Taylor a ruthless ring genius like Vasyl Lomachenko"

To be perfectly honest, if a bloke had Taylor’s amateur record and adopted the very same fighting style, she’d have a lot more fans, but I suspect that some people don’t approve or enjoy female boxing, which is fine by me. It's their loss.

There's certainly the case for some, but a problem for nonassholes is just the lack of competitiveness, all the females fighters would make one male division. There seems to be a bit of a push now, so hopefully they can make it more interesting.
