Looks like it could be former British cruiserweight world champ Glen, what do you think? I know he did spar with Tyson and always claims he was never dropped in 100 rounds. Saying that Tyson doesn't seem to be going full pelt as he has with other sparring partners.

That's exactly what I was thinking and he doesn't look like Glen face wise either.

Who do you reckon it is then, I can't really make his face out but I am watching on an iPhone so the screen is quite small.

Now I've seen it on a bigger screen it's definitely not Glenn, whoever that is looks smaller than cruiserweight. Sounds like Rooney in the background and Japanese spectators so likely to be in prep for the Tubbs fight (1988) in Tokyo.
I just found this post in a thread about Tyson sparring partners, 'writehooks' mentioned Ken Lakusta going to Japan for the Tubbs fight but the guy in the footage is too small isn't he?

I for one, absolutely believe your assessment in this case, surely no one here could be better at defining, demonstrating and thus easily recognizing this trait.

Demonstrating incompetence is not something I ever do. That's your specialty. And I do a better job at assessing world class talent than 3rd string spar mates
