He was so promising dude, although a little bit chinny. He wasted his career, and I can not see him on the top level again.

Good, could've been great.

He essentially threw his career away when he turned down the Brandon Rios fight. He would've beaten Rios handily and gone on to bigger things, but for whatever reason he turned it down, and got blacklisted as a guy that didn't care to fight and wasn't worth negotiating with afterward.

A classic example of a fighter mismanaging his own career and overestimating his value.
