Big mistake IMO. He wasn't doing the corner in scotland

Having a meeting this week apparently. I hope for Billy's sake there problems get sorted out and they can go back to working together.

I don't know how much of a problem that was.His awful fitness was the issue. I thought it was strange seeing his corner teling him not to do much, but seeing the state he wa in in round 12 they were clearly right.

From the outside looking in I would think it would be the other way round. Tibbs has probably had enough of BJS ill-discipline.

Even , with Tibbs , he was never in the best of shape ,, just a lot better than the other night

Strange that he was with Jimmy all through his career from day dot, then parts with him as soon as he won the WBO belt. Not very loyal is he?

Its only took him a year to make his first defence. Allegedly doesn't sound too happy with saunders. It looks like Saunders has accomplished his goal and doesn't really care anymore.

I would think you'll find there is more to it and loyalty doesn't override the problems that exist .

I'd imagine Jimmy Tibbs expects a certain level of commitment and he won't be dictated to by anybody!

Good on him if it's him that's decided it wasn't working. Saunders is ageing very very quickly imo. He'll be out the game sooner rather than later I think.
