This Friday on allegedly,both guys carry power so should be fun,Barrera was pretty poor against Ward in his last fight but no disgrace there,he was put down though so there may be a vulnerability as Ward isn't s puncher,I have seen Shabranskyy but can't remember much apart from the name TBH,he has got a close win over Yunieski Gonzalez who lost a debatable decision to Pascal not long ago

This is the type of fight which makes me really grateful for B0xnati0n - would have had no chance of seeing it a few years ago.

Don't know too much about Shabranskyy. Is he managed by Kilmas? From what I've seen they tend to get matched pretty well in tough, winnable fights. Bookies have Shabranskyy about 2/5.

Saw him against Gonzlalez who lost to pascal in a bad decision.

Looked solid.

Oyf what a fight, I fancied Shabrankskyy to win a close one and although both guys were down Barrera gave him a beatdown,fun fight all the same,Shabranskyy down in the 1st,Barrera down in the 2nd then after that Sullivan gave Slava a pasting,putting him down again in the 5th before stopping him in the 7th after another knockdown, Shabranskyy just couldn't get out of the way of the right hand and once Barrera started bringing the left hook into play it was curtains and a great call from Shabranskyy's corner to wave the towel after the 3rd KD

Watched this before. Excellent fight. See this Rigo and Lara Cuban fighters can be aggressive and exciting to watch.

I'd quite like to see Barrera v Gvozdyk

I remember some people being critical of Ward's performance against Barrera (even though it was a 8-4/9-3 type win) kind of puts that win in context now.
