This is a dumb ass list. It's scapegoating,
but things like "proof" and "evidence" make people in this system point fingers.

Just look at the Real Sports feature on testing.
It clearly shows that it isn't scientific, it's a joke.

Nothing compared to the doping with athletes that has been uncovered in Russia. 100 banned from Olympics if I remember right. All doping is bad, but Russians are the worst imo.

Povetkin will probably get a 1 or 2 year ban.
