TBH I still want to see Povetkin blasting out the Bronze Bum Wilder :)

WBC should do boxing fans a present and enforce Povetkin to fight Wilder or get stripped.

Yeah Povetkin had some sloppy moments in this fight but this maybe because he was prepared for a smaller fighter with a different style in Stiverne. Wilder is way more sloppy than Povetkin when he's windmilling.Badhusker wrote:If you watch the 2 minute video, there are a few places where Wilder would have KO'd Povetkin. The mention of no drug testing is moronic. Enough cheating the way it is. Someone has to keep it to a minimum if that is possible.

IF Povetkin is proved to have taken an illegal substance, I doubt the WBC will have anything more to do with him.apollo creed wrote:WBC should do boxing fans a present and enforce Povetkin to fight Wilder or get stripped.![]()

Why would Haymon think of boxing as anything but a business? What proof do you have that "Stiverne is a Haymon pawn?" Do you understand the differences between the substances that each boxer tested positive for? What proof do you have that Haymon had anything whatsoever to do with the Pedvetkin fight?montrealsuper wrote:Stiverne is a Haymon pawn. He could have taken the payday and kicked Povetkin's ass. Povetkin didn't cancel the fight when Stiverne tested positive. Povetkin is a man. Stiverne is a bitch. Stiverne is surely under orders by Haymon to duck Povetkin and then take his next script and payday from Haymon to lose again to Wilder. I guarantee it. Because Haymon can't make any $ with Stiverne as champion. It's not a sport to Haymon it's bu$ine$$.

Haymon has nothing to do with stiverne.montrealsuper wrote:Stiverne is a Haymon pawn. He could have taken the payday and kicked Povetkin's ass. Saad don't forget that Haymon is responsible everything wrong with boxing for ever.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:Haymon has nothing to do with stiverne.montrealsuper wrote:Stiverne is a Haymon pawn. I can find plenty of moments of Wilder looking sloppy too, including against Duhaupas. Given who was in front of Povetkin, I'm not sure if he was too worried about leaving the occasional opening.Badhusker wrote:If you watch the 2 minute video, there are a few places where Wilder would have KO'd Povetkin. AH is the shot caller not King - Stiverne is being used by AH as a pawn to protect Wilder -Tony1244 wrote:SaadOffTheDeck wrote:Haymon has nothing to do with stiverne.montrealsuper wrote:Stiverne is a Haymon pawn. How could one confuse Haymon with Don King? Wonder how that could happen?![]()
The Russian promoters just do it for the love of the game.
I agree. Wilder is not a slick technician by a long shot, and is still learning on the job. I think Wilder looks worse when he seems not to be worried also. Stiverne was probably his best performance over-all imo.crusader wrote:I can find plenty of moments of Wilder looking sloppy too, including against Duhaupas. Congratulations, that's the dumbest thing I've read during all of this Povetkin insanity. You would probably buy his pubic hair to use as dental floss.montrealsuper wrote:AH is the shot caller not King - Stiverne is being used by AH as a pawn to protect Wilder -Tony1244 wrote:SaadOffTheDeck wrote: Haymon has nothing to do with stiverne.
