imagine the bitchfest if I'd left him out?

The "You're a hater" brigade would be out in force.

Imagine, I'd posted it on the current scene forum?

The way I see it is Fury is champion emeritus!

With the Klitchsko and Joshua winner becoming interim champ!

If Fury stays inactive and Josh/Klit winner beats Wilder they can have the full No.1 status.

The winner of AJ v Wlad will be number one since Fury is currently in limbo. Can only hope we the top guys fighting each other next year. Won't hold my breath though. I can see Parker having a few softish defences back in NZ and Wilder will probably fight a few more diddies while claiming he wants to fight the top guys!

I'm not even going to vote. Fury is not a fighter anymore, so I can't pick him. Wlad was humiliated by Fury so I can't call him the man, either. It wouldn't be right. AJ and Wilder, neither have the resume to claim the throne. Of the new champions Parker has the best resume, but I wouldn't pick him to beat any of them.

Basically it's a mess but by the end of 2017 we'll have a much better idea.
