With varying argumrnts over Heavyweight era's going on I came up with a few that meet the criteria and I don't recall them ever being discussed. I'll give my picks if a discussion ensues.

Brewster vs Bonavena
M Baer vs rahman
Moore vs Young
Carnera vs Ruddock
Peter vs Quarry
Valuev vs Norton
Wilt vs Olajuwon

Cue predictions of "the bigger guy wins, too big, too strong, too much reach advantage"

or

"the guy from 70 years ago loses/wins them all" (depending on your personal bias)

Brewster... better height, reach, range, power. It would be like Brewster vs Golota.

Rahman... Baer ate jabs, straight right hands, everything... Rahman was wide open, but he could light up swingers like Kallie Meehan.

Young wins... Moore lost to Charles 3 times -- who was a more technical Young type with more punching power -- but much smaller.

Carnera... Ruddock was just as slow, clumsy, and wide open, but a lot smaller. It wouldn't be as fast as Lewis finished RR. It might go 12.

Peter... Quarry could counterpunch, but no jab like Jeremy Williams.. You needed a jab to set Peter up. He had a great chin before his head got kicked in.

Norton... Wild ass swings that missed Foreman would hit Valuev. It would go 12.. Norton would have to be careful like Sharkey vs Carnera.. He was chinny

Chamberlain all day... Much bigger and greatest athlete ever -- versus 6'10" X 250 tremendous athlete.

I've heard somewhere that athletes are more evolved and developed these days. Olajuwon learned Basketball in a few months, was able to guard guys a third of his size and had people like Lebron james pay him for training. Give him 6 months with Eddie Futch and he'd be a God!

Bonavena
Rahman
Young
Ruddock
Quarry
Norton
Olajuwon

Olajuwon is the greatest center in NBA history, tremendous athlete. I agree with your picks though I'm 50/50 on Baer/Rahman.

Brewster v Bonavena is a fun, wild fight....probably Bonavena but having visited the deck and taken plenty.

I think a prime Norton embalms Valuev like a kingsized version of Lenin...ready for display in Red Square.
