Should have got 10 minimum.
I'm sure Brom will miss his 2 goals a season far less than the family of the victim will miss their Dad, Husband and son etc.

I'm an Albion fan and I've got no sympathy either. There were 4 people in the car that Lee was driving and only 2 of them left the scene, so it wasn't as though the 56 y/o bloke was left to die by himself. I am not defending him in anyway just stating the facts
There are also strong rumours that Lee was good mates with Charlie

Good riddance. He's pleaded not guilty all the way through and, from what I can see, shown absolutely no remorse at all about what he's done, being totally concerned with protecting his own overpaid arse. He lost control of a car with perfect brakes and a computer system designed to stop you loosing control? Yeah, right.
As Real Deal says: he'll be out in 2. Christ, he'll probably appeal and get his sentance reduced or something. He has money to throw around on lawyers.

As a West Brom fan, I have no sympathy either for him either. He can afford a Mercedes, but he can't afford a cab on a night he's out drinking?
Still I do have to agree with the Real Deals comments. He had a two year contract with West Brom. It'll be interesting be interesting to see if he is out before it would've come up. When I found out the first things I heard was 'He'll have four years knocked off purely because he's a footballer and 6 months if he behaves himself.'
Still it would be interesting to see what would happen if David Beckham did exactly the same thing.......

David Beckham would probably get fined 2 pound 50, and asked not to do it again.

Scumbag, hope he gets battered inside.
Being a Spurs fan I half-expected us to announce we had signed him yesterday.

The no good slag should have been hung. He ruined the life of an entire family.
He's just another overpaid, self centred footballer. He ran and left the guy for dead.
Hopefully he will get shafted in prison.

As a Wolves fan i extend my deepest sadness to Mr. Hughes in this time of need, shame he didn't take the same courtesy to the driver of the car he slammed into and wrecked a families life

I for one am disappointed, being that as I am a WBA fan he was one of my favourite footballers.

Sorry, I didn't mean that to sound as bad as it did. I just meant I was shocked by his actions, saddened that he'd do such a thing.
My sympathies go out to the family in their time of sadness.
