How on earth can anyone say Ibeabuchi was better then Holyfield???

MISTAKE IN MY LIST 8. VITALI

Really depends on what your definition of best is. If these ten all fought each other, based on what evidence I have, I would expect them to finish in this order:

1) Ali (somewhat lucky to win all 9 fights, although is taken to a SD by Lewis)
2) Lewis (wins all his fights by KO, except for a UD over Tua, and a SD loss to Ali)
3) Tyson (unlucky to lose by UD to Ali, but is KO'd in the late rounds by Lewis)
4) Bowe (KO'd by Lewis and Tyson, outpointed by Ali, lucky to beat Vitali by SD)
5) Holyfield (Loses on points to Ali and Bowe, KO'd by Lewis and Tyson. Outpoints Vitali, Tua, Ike and Bruno, KO's Wlad)
6) Vitali (Narrowly loses by points to Holy and Bowe, KO'd by Lewis and Tyson, easily outpointed by Ali. Outpoints Tua and Ike, KO's Bruno and his little bro)
7) Tua (KO's Bruno and Wlad, but loses all his other fights on points)
7) Bruno (KO's Wlad and scores a SD over Ike)
7) Ike (KO's Wlad and outpoints Tua)
10) Wladmir (outlands many opponents, but is eventually KO'd by all of the above)

Lewis couldn't KO a washed up Holyfield after two opportunities or even come close. How the hell does he KO a prime Holyfield??? Holyfield in 1992 would've beaten Lennox Lewis.

What is the best entree' on this list:

hmm, fair point there. If Lewis had fought to the best of his ability against Holyfield he would have KO'd. Instead he was over-cautious, although still clearly outpointed him both times.

Holyfield was KO'd by Bowe in '95, and I rate Lewis higher than Bowe, and I believe Lewis was a better boxer and harder hitter than Bowe. Thus my decision that 2000 Lewis KO's '96 Holyfield. As for '92 Holyfield, I would still choose Lewis by UD. Holyfield was probably better in '92 than in '96, but he didn't beat a list of decent opponents to back it up. To be honest I don't really think anyone would have beaten Lewis in peak form and fitness. The only reason I chose Ali over Lewis was due to his excellent chin and superior speed that could possibly have carried him to a points decision.

4. Bowe (short career, but he would have beat Lewis had they fought in the early '90s IMO...Eddie Futch would have made sure it happened that way)

ah yes, this is the man who was trailing behind on points badly & had to rally to kayo oleg maskaev and david izon, both in 1996.

people who think this 96 version of tua was somehow different to the modern day tua need to wake up and smell the feces they are festering in.
