Is this actually going to take place? I heard it was going to be in a leisure centre but haven't seen where. I know Hearn in his ifilm interview affectively told us the undercard is awful but there has been no promotion of this and I haven't seen whose on it. As far as I've seen also despite Eubank saying its £20 we've had no confirmation from ITV about the cost and how for example freeview customers can watch. Are we sure this is definitely going ahead?

Not much, but it's one of those where a lot will be revealed on the night. He does hang his chin in the air a bit but on a positive note does have pretty quick hands.

When you beat the man, who beat a man in slightly quicker fashion than GGG and Cotto did, you become a legend.

This promotion is a mess. Everything team Eubank goes near ends up a fuckin circus! I wouldn't even consider buying a ticket to this nor would I pay anything more than 5 quid to watch it on PPV.

I don't know much about Quinlan, but I doubt he gets it done against Eubank Jr.

Bloody hell, I consider that to be very recent history. I am getting f*cking old

Quinlans only chance is to jump in. While I think he gets beaten easily you never know in boxing. Just because I've never seen him doesn't mean he isn't any good.

I've seen him a few times and he's pretty decent. If this was on free to air it would be a good fight and test for Eubank Jr for the reasons:

Its Eubank Jr first fight at super middle and Quinlan is a good yardstick fight at the weight. Especially as Eubank Jr won't be huge at the weight.

Quinlan's stock is at a all time high coming off his Geale win. Yes Geale is faded but you've still got to be half decent to beat him and Geale was the A-sided fighter going in, so a good upset win.

But the fact is it's not on free-to-air to its PPV. No promotion and no undercard announced. The fight CANT happen. ITV won't put an event on to lose money when so called losses can be forecast so far in advance.
Sr says Jr is a PPV fighter, and maybe he is but he only is with either BJS or GGG in the other corner at the minute.

We know Jr isn't that good, just a decent athlete really.so maybe this guy - if he's a live body - can give him a good test?

Anthony Mundine reckons he pretty handy. Can't see how they would risk a defeat tho at this stage.

I don't agree with this estimation at all. In my opinion, Eubank Jr is one of the top 5 fighters of his weight division, Middleweight, that are knocking about today.

I think Eubank Jr is very good, which is why it is so frustrating that him and his old man seem to be wasting his best years.

You cant help but feel he has probably already wasted some of his development already by not having a 'proper' trainer.
