You have to hand it to him, for awhile it looked like his career was over with the Guerrero fight, then losing to Soto Karass. Now he's given a good
showing against Mayweather, then avenged his loss to Ortiz. Berto is REVITALIZED
Berto vs Porter is 50/50 Berto's confidence is like when he was unbeaten these days I wouldn't count him out.

Mayweather used him more for sparring than an actual fight. How was that a good showing

Mayweather won but it wasn't a white wash, it was enough to raise Berto's confidence you know what I mean?

You gave Berto a round? I didn't
If he fights either Algieri or Porter next I'd be picking against him. Algieri is 50/50, Porter beats him for sure.

you're missing the point it still revived his career! Its okay to get schooled by Mayweather for some reason lol you become a bigger name and the
fighter's confidence grows. You see how Maidana lost twice but still actin like he made it enough to retire lol you go 12 with Floyd it does
WONDERS for your career!

Maidana actually had two close fights with Floyd and some think he bested Floyd the first time. Floyd looked uncomfortable in there with Maidana and by his own admission, he doesn't even count the 49th as being a real fight but a sparring match.
