I think at the time the Khan KO got him more press, but beating Matthysse surprised people more. At the time Matthysse was supposed to walk through Danny, then Floyd next. Garcia certainly has had some lackluster performances, but few can argue against him stepping up when the competition goes up. Thurman will be his biggest test to date.

The most press he got imo was the KO of Khan. Garcia's best performance imo was vs Matthysse. I think if he beats Thurman, it will get both the most press and be his best performance.

Don't agree that Matthysse was suppose to walk through Danny Garcia coming in, favoured I can see but it was considered a competitive fight if Matthysse couldn't stop him early which he didn't.
That said I agree the Matthysse fight is a big scalp for Garcia.

I don't like the letter system, but your point is correct. He's rock solid but not really great at anything. You're giving Quillin too much love.

Just have an underlying feeling Garcia has a better chin.

Danny Garcia maybe lazy switches off and loses rounds and has to mount late rounds rallies to pull it out type of boxer ... but if he get's it done properly there's no beef with him right ?
