Tyson vs Lewis Sparring Sessions

Does anyone has an evidence of the Lennox Lewis vs Mike Tyson's sparring sessions?
Some moron in here "claimed" that Lewis whuupped Tyson in sparring. It's hard to believe.
I need concrete proof. Did that happened? Or it's just a lying fan claiming that it did happened?

Lennox Lewis never claimed that he whooped him in sparring sessions.
That is the best anyone can come up with this?

You want concrete proof of something that about five people were witness too (including the fighters) and no video exists at all. Good luck.
I have seen an interview with Annie Boehm talking about it once, it was a long long time ago though and I couldn't tell you where I saw it.

No evidence, what I've heard before is that at the start of sparring, Tyson was whupping Lewis, but by the time they had finished, Lewis has gotten his respect and they were fighting on fairly even terms.

Lewis said that the first day Tyson was coming at him trying to knock his head off... and the following days got easier until Mike didn't want to spar... In fact they never sparred again to preserve Tyson's brain health to a certain degree.
It was kind of like their fight.. If you notice, Mike came at Lewis hard in the 1st round, trying to knock his head off... But in subsequent rounds Tyson came at Lewis less and less hard -- and got the living crap beaten out of him.. The KO win for Lewis was preordained and very easy.. It was a little like Buster Douglas pounding on Tyson... You just keep hitting Mike cuz he's wide open.

Show me proof that Lennox Lewis dominated him in sparring?
These are the same myths that the great Aaron Pryor used to whupped Sugar Ray in sparring.
Or that the Easton Assassin used to beat down The Greatest in sparring.
Everybody got their own versions. What about Iron Mike's? Is not valid?

Why wouldn't Lewis dominate Mike???? He was much bigger, taller, stronger, faster, more skilled, more consistent in his approach, and didn't fk around as much or smoke dope... Mike beat Golota almost as easily as Lewis beat him -- but they took the win away from Mike because he tested positive for marijuana. Don't tell me you liked that about him. Mike was often partying when he should have been training.
Holyfield was at ringside when Buster Douglas kicked Mike's ass.. He remarked, "I'd much rather be fighting Tyson cuz it's more money, but I get the next title shot. Tyson fought to the level of his opponent. He's not a disciplined man and I am. But now I'll be champion when we fight." ... The next thing is, Tyson suffered a rib injury in sparring -- and later was arrested for sexual assault.. It was 7 more years before Holy-Tyson happened, and not due to Evander.

After saying all this, you still have not given me concrete proof. Why would Tyson's version would not count?
I don't believe that a clumsy fighter at the time, beats an amateur Tyson.
Give me a concrete proof, Kalan.
Don't lie to yourself, Kalan.

We're not in a court of law. The only concrete proof you'll accept is if I filmed the sessions and showed them to you.
Let's just say that Lewis and Tyson never sparred again -- and that it took many, many years for Lewis to get Tyson into a boxing ring for an actual fight.

But, you and golden oldie ARE CLAIMING that Lennox Lewis whupped Mike Tyson in sparring. Now, you cannot prove it. That is like the MYTH that The Cincinnati Hawk used to beat the crap out of Sugar Ray. I don't believe that one bit. Give me concrete proof. The other great, Larry Holmes, used to claim that in sparring he used to whupped The Greatest. I AM NOT 5 YEARS OLD, YOU KNOW.

Why are you so against a great heavyweight like Lewis beating Tyson in sparring? It doesn't mean anything, it means, and from testimony, Lewis has a rough time at first and he got better against him that a great heavyweight was learning against another great heavyweight. This is what they do. There's huge rumours of Anthony Joshua being recently knocked out in sparring by a former amateur.

But you sound like it...in fact like you were born yesterday... We know from history that Tyson never did well against very big, tall, strong, boxer-punchers who ran 6'4" X 230 or bigger and also possessed the skills and speed of a Buster Douglas or Lennox Lewis... They made Mike look silly on both occasions.
You're at your best for a FIGHT because it's more important... For sparring, you're not going to be your sharpest every single day.. However, if your spar-mate is getting more and more of an edge on you day by day -- or round by round in an actual fight, as Lewis did Tyson -- you know that he's the kind of boxer who gains much more from experience... Indeed, Lewis prospered more with time than Tyson did,
So if you look at the careers of both Lewis and Tyson, Lewis was getting better and better his whole career.. Tyson struggled to maintain his form and lost decisively---getting knocked out in fact---to 3 Heavyweight champions who were all older than Mike..
Aaron Pryor never fought Leonard or he would have gotten his ass kicked.. but Mike Tyson finally summoned the balls to fight Lewis ... and DID get his ass kicked.. So there's a big difference.. Pryor could claim he beat Leonard up in sparring -- but there's more witnesses when an actual fight happens.

That all you have said, doesn't mean nothing. You are speculating that it was true, but, it wasn't. No concrete proof. No evidence. No nothing. Only word of mouth by golden oldie. What about Tyson's version of events?
Lennox Lewis at that time for me was not the type of fighter in my view to beat a destructible force like Mike Tyson. Tyson was already WASHED UP by 1999. He was fighting for the BIG PAYDAYS. That is why he hung around.
Give me CONCRETE PROOF, NOT SPECULATIONS, PLEASE!

Elmersalsa... "Lennox Lewis at that time for me was not the type of fighter in my view to beat a destructible force like Mike Tyson"
You're right about that word "destructible" ... because Buster Douglas proved a young Mike Tyson was VERY destructible... No wonder he ducked Lewis.

And I want THE PROOF that Lennox Lewis used to whupped Mike Tyson in sparring.
It seems to me that it was a WHOLE BUNCH OF LIES from someone in this forum that claimed that it was true. Some people believe lies that aren't true, you know?

This may well be the most inane argument in the history of the board. Elmer is putting on quite a performance. In the annals of history, your stubborn stupidity will have few challengers.

It's not stupidity Saad. These guys are CLAIMING THAT IT WAS TRUE THAT LENNOX LEWIS WHUPPED MIKE TYSON IN SPARRING. It's stupidity in the other side. I wanted PROOF, they can't come up with nothing. No writing accounts. No witnesses of more than 2 people. No videotape of any kind.
They are the ones being stubborn about it. They can't come with concrete proof.
