Jacobs hasn't been doing VADA testing, while Golovkin is being VADA tested

Shouldn't they both need to be tested?
After all, one of the belts they are fighting for is the WBC title. I thought WBC challengers need to enroll with VADA.

Povetkin already proved you can't trust VADA.

Whilst it seems that Daniel Jacobs isn't enrolled in the WBC's clean boxing program, ESPN have confirmed that VADA is performing the drug testing on both Jacobs and Golovkin.
I have no idea if the WBC sanctions world title bouts involving champions from other organisations that aren't enrolled in their VADA-managed program... though this seems likely, since a decision to do otherwise would block title unifications, as the other governing bodies don't force their fighters to undergo drug testing in this way.
What matters though is the fact that Jacobs and Golovkin have to undergo drug testing for this fight.

The fix is in by Haymon and WBC to try to steal this fight vs GGG - anyone thinking this fight is on a level playing field with filthy AH involved is a fool -

You can't rob a guy of a KO win, and I doubt very much Jacobs lasts the distance

Damn bro you know it's Haymon's fault when Jacobs gets knocked out. I had the flu last week and I know it is Haymons fault.
According to this guy everything is Haymoms fault

Wake up dude you have no idea about this megalomaniac's agenda and his propensity towards using corruption to take over boxing - from fabricated slander smear campaigns (with zero evidence) to try to assassinate Pacquiao's character to paying Scott to dive vs WIlder - to paying off Canelo to play soft on Floyd - to allegedly bribing Vada and WBC to conspire to frame Povetkin - this filthy rat will do anything to become the puppetmaster of b0xing in USA - stay naive bro -

Also done by Haymon - manipulating Ross Greenberg to pass on Pac vs Sugar Shane which cost HBO millions and ultimately cost Greenberg his job - all done to try to minimize Pacquiao's star power - manipulating HBO to shun the Klitschkos and spend their budget on Floyd - totally manipulating his puppet Richard Schaefer at Golden Boy - the list goes on and on -

Last week, I suffered from a severe bout of diarrhoea and vomiting, coupled with an unexpected seven day state of arousal driven by a condition called priapism... and Al Haymon can be held personally responsible for all of these recent health issues!

Jacobs is a big powerful Middleweight with the corrupt Boxing Establishment solidly behind him... He has every incentive to last the distance versus the 35-year-old Golovkin.. He has a 88% KO ratio and took undefeated Middleweight Champion Peter Quillin out easily. Did you expect that? Jacobs can box very well, so I'm expecting a great fight. The decision (if there is one) I'm not too sure about. Boxing doesn't need another Kovalev-Ward or Jack-DeGale type decision, but this is the reality of Boxing..
As far as VADA testing, they're dead against Golovkin and so is the WBC - who DIDN'T back Golovkin's mandatory challenger status for many years, giving exceptions to their WBC Middleweight Champions to fight anyone other than their mandatory, Golovkin.. So I believe they're out to screw GGG if they can get away with it, because they screwed Povetkin very dishonestly, flagrantly, and openly..
If you have a syringe, there's a number of ways you could screw with a boxer -- or even undermine his health if that is your desire and you believe you can get away with it.. I wouldn't put anything past the bastards at VADA -- especially Victor Conte the ex-con PED pusher and master criminal.. The foxes are in charge of the hen house. VADA is a private organization. It represents itself as "non-profit" so it can accept donations, which it solicits - including suggested donations from boxers.
VADA has very weak conflict of interest policies regarding their officers. Their guidelines state -- “Compensation includes direct and indirect remuneration as well as gifts and favors that are not insubstantial. A financial interest is not necessarily a conflict of interest. Under Article III, section 2, a person who has a financial interest may have a conflict of interest only if the appropriate governing board or committee decides that a conflict of interest exists”
Therefore---if they so choose---they can give a pass to Bermane Stiverne for PED use after getting a substantial bribe fine from him, allowing him to fight and brushing his PED use aside -- but use innuendo to condemn Alexander Povetkin in the media -- for implied PED use that never happened -- which they did.

Haymon does not give a Fck about another bad decision and how it hurts the integrity of boxing - he would like nothing more than to steal GGG's prestige and belts and give it all to Jacobs so he can control his big star and gain new leverage and power - What's the latest with Povetkin? Has Ryabinsky had enough and given up the good fight?

I think they are both clean athletes so no funny business expected on the drug end, I wouldn't sleep on Danny Jacobs in this fight either. He is a big powerful middleweight with speed skills and a good jab. This is the hardest fight GGG has taken, I believe. Should be a great battle.
