Is Mark Green retired? I haven't seen him in a couple of years

Mickey Vann had to retire from the BBBoC due the 65 age limit for refs, he did some work in Ireland for a while then the MBC but he's retired for good now.
Richie Davies is still working with the MBC and BIBA.
