Will BJS finally risk this year his WBO strap against Canelo or GGG ?

I don't understand what this dude wants to do with his career. Since he got that title from Lee, it looks like BJS waits for Floyd to return and make him a big number offer. I'm curious to see if Billy will cash out against Canelo or GGG in 2017.

He's going to fight GGG in June.
