1. Lomachenko at 135 - without Mikey Garcia LW is pretty weak division, and Garcia is obviously willing to move up at LWW. To be honest, I can not see any current LW to be competitive against Lomachenko.
2. Crawford at 147 - WW is one of the hottest weight divisions nowadays, but, TC is capable to get a title, in my opinion.
3. Usyk at 200+ - He is more skilfull than any current elite HW, he has an excellent stamina and great chin and heart. We may discuss about his punching power and size (at HW), but, I really feel he is able to become a new undisputed HW champion by 2019.

I have to mention M. Garcia, again. He can defeat easily anyone at 140, only exception is Crawford (it would be very, very competitive fight, of course supposing Crawford stay at 140).

I don't correlate getting a belt with becoming a champion. To be a champion you have to be the best at your weight division imo. In this day and age of multiple fractured world titles getting a belt doesn't automatically make you a champion the way it originally meant in the eras prior to the proliferation of multiple alphabet organizations.

I think all 3 guys you have mentioned though are currently the champions of their weight divisions based on the evidence I have seen. Other than Lomachenko, if Garcia does move up, I don't know if the other 2 will ever become champions at a new weight division.

I agree with you, it is a great difference between the belt holder and the genuine (undisputed) champion, but this story deserves another thread.
So, I believe that three mentioned fighters have a potential to become genuine (undisputed) champions in the divisions which are above the divisions they compete nowadays.
