Could Bellew beat everyone Haye has beaten?

Valuev was a 7 foot plank of wood. The McKenzie "masterclass" would work there.
Fraudley would capitulate after the first attack.
Ruiz limited.
Chisora would probably be his hardest fight.
I'm not a fan of bellew, but Hayes record is actually pretty sh*te when you analyze it.

Barring Chisora I don't see anyone Bellew wouldn't beat.
I think he could beat Chisora too.

A prime Mormeck would've whipped Bellew. Enzo would've had a decent chance as well.

Enzo is too chinny.
No way Mormeck beats him for me. Mormeck wasn't great. Too small at 5'11. Had been smashed by O Neill Bell of all people.

You overrate Bellew
Shopworn Brudov had him all over the place, Masternak won 5 rounds, and Makabu decked him as soon as a clean shot landed. He's not tough to hit, he is spotty throughout longer fights, and he doesnt take a good shot.
Bell is better than all the cruisers Bellew has defeated, and lol if you think being 5"11 means Mormeck couldnt beat him. Stevenson is listed at 5'11 too btw.

I wouldn't say he was that chinny. Look at his knockouts. Most of em are highlight reel KOs. The Enzo that beat Braithwaite would've done Bellew IMO.
Mormeck was a good fighter and could bang. Bellew is pretty overrated on here. Chisora would throw him about like an empty tracksuit as well.

You're probably right. He's bang average isn't he.
I'm trying to talk myself into backing Bellew to win but its probably a 1-2 round blowout for Haye.

if Bellew felt Maccaranelli's powwwaaaah just once, what followed would make his bottle-job against Stevenson look like the height of courage

Yeah my money would be on the first or second

I dont think bellew would have the power to stop chisora ploding forward and eventually wearing him down.

The ones who would definitely beat him:
Mormeck
Valuev
Chisora
The ones i'd give favourite status to over Bellew:
Harrison
Barrett
Ruiz
Maccarinelli
Bellew hasn't got the punch to take these bigger guys out. Harrison would build confidence from it and possibly throw a couple of big shots! Maccarinelli would hurt him, the other 2 are reasonable heavies and would eventually walk him down at heavyweight

Chisora would probably look like a big puncher against Bellew.

I did think it was funny how nobody defended Harrison

When you turn it around, you'd take Haye inside 3 rounds vs everyone Bellew has beaten.

If Harrison came in at 250lb then i don't think Bellew would have a chance. That's far too big a weight advantage. I can't see Bellew coming in much over 210 for any fight at heavy

Bellew would lose to Chisora, Maccarinelli and Mormeck. Enzo would have too much power for him and Mormeck was a world class Cruiser in case people have forgotten. I also think one could make a case for Fragomeni beating him and, because Bellew wouldn't have the KO power of Haye, Monte Barrett too...

Effective would be my description.
He was as hard as nails. Would Tony Bellew have beaten him, I don't think so.
No disgrace by the way, Ruiz was a proper, strong, mauling heavyweight...

Mormeck and especially John Ruiz would have battered Bellew. Valuev, awful as he was, beat better men than Bellew. Ropey thread.

I definitely wouldn't pick Mormeck, Ruiz or Valuev over Bellew.
I know it sounds mad but when you sit down and think about those fights, Bellew has a real chance.
I disagree about Ruiz. He was a limited brawler whose main strategy was barge forward and then hit and hold. Repeat. Have people watched his fights? Absolutely dismal stuff. His fights were generally a shambles. He was well beaten by good opposition.
Mormeck is very overrated indeed. When you sit down and watch him he was extremely limited too.
Valuev - I don't even have to comment.

Ruiz could fight 12 rounds, and he was strong and tough, I don't know how Tony Bellew at around 15 stone could keep him off for that distance.
Bellew isn't a heavyweight, there's no shame to it, but Ruiz beat some pretty decent fighters.
Jones Jr had magical handspeed, footwork and was the P4P best fighter at the time - exceptions don't make rules.

I'd put my house on Mormeck beating Bellew.
Watched a lot of him at the time and always rated him highly
