My picks are;

Callum Smith.
He has been the number 1 contender for Badou Jack's belt for quite a while now, and I think he can put up a good showing.


Luis Ortiz.
I would like him to have a shot before he gets too old. Awkward, hard hitting and good chin. Should have had a chance by now. Perhaps signing with Matchroom will help, if only his name came up in future heavyweight match ups, but it hasn't.

So who else is deserving?

In terms of Smith's resume I wouldn't say he's that deserving. Am I wrong to say he hasn't fought a top 30 guy? Top 20 at least.

Ortiz just needs another top 10 guy, whoever it is! Champ or contender, as long as he's rated high.

Beterbiev's more deserving that Smith I'd say, and Breidis.
