Hi all.
In Cincinnati this weekend I witnessed what I've seen so many times over the years
back in the dressing room. Many guys look like absolute killers while working the pads.

Then they step into the ring...

Any comments?

At least they warmed up properly

They are warming up. Hitting pads / bags & looking good will not mean they are world beaters . neither hit back. They are training aids .

my mate shot his bolt in the dressing room for his second fight, too wired, working too hard and spent energy he didnt need to.

warming up is just for getting warm, getting ready to move
