How unlucky is Craig Kennedy?

Just gutted for him his huge chance to shine headlining the Motorpoint arena and Askin then Simmons pull out, if you know the rest of Kennedy'a career you know this is not the first time. Hopefully he can still get an opponent for the title but at this stage and with the talent pool can't see anyone risking it.

Firstly I'm gutted for Stephen Simmons has imo he would have beaten Craig and beaten him well, however I feel also for craig, I hope he gets someone to fight, I've been in his position many times and it's not nice, unfortunately boxers are athletes and injuries occur

Not that unlucky. He got his ass kicked by Joel tambwe djeko last year. He shouldn't even be undefeated.

What's the reason for him withdrawing?

Apart from the knockdowns I thought Craig won the other rounds. He won on my scorecard as well as the judges.

You say that like it holds weight, it doesn't mean a damn thing.
You must be welsh, or you simply can't score a fight... It was nothing more than a hometown robbery, and that is it.

I watched it from 2 rows back and had Kennedy winning. I also had him winning the fight when I watched it on TV. It was a split on who thought won.
If you think that's a robbery I hope you never watch Chisora-Helenius.

he had 2 pull outs when he wanted to fight for the Welsh title as well; very unlucky.
