If Jacobs beats Golovkin.People should not overlook Jacobs just because Mora dropped him.

TBH I won't be surprised if Jacobs stops Golovkin. Jacobs is a big in his prime middleweight with power and speed. In his last fight against Brook, Golovkin looked slow and exhausted. Also he didn't put weight behind his punches , looking more like arm-punches and I dodn't buy that he let Brook to land those clean-hard shots straight on his face.
Maybe Golovkin is old and beatable.

Do you think he will? What's your prediction?

I saw the same nervousness/inferiority/etc. in Jacobs during today's presser which I saw in Golovkin's previous opponents. Danny's speech was good, but it was rehearsed, while he looked nervous before and after it. I don't see him beating GGG.

People didn't overlook Sugar Ray Robinson because Artie Levine dropped him for a 9-count and had him rocking and reeling all over the ring... Or because the super hittable Jake LaMotta dropped him and beat him... Or because Tommy Bell dropped Robinson hard with a left hook and Bell was a setup like Mora... Or because swinger Rocky Graziano decked Robinson... Or even because Joey Giardello knocked Robinson down.
So why in the world should they dismiss a 6' tall X 175lb hammered down to Middleweight Daniel Jacobs who only lost 1 fight and has an 88% KO ratio and tremendous boxing ability just because he was dropped by 2 boxers in his career if he beats GGG... That's a stupid comment.
If Daniel Jacobs beats GGG, he'll be the most celebrated boxer on the planet.

All I'm trying to say is this fight may be a pick'em fight. Jacobs may have timed this one. GGG took some nasty clean shots from Brook and he looked slow and tired. Just saying.

GGG had no respect for Brook IMO, and fought as such. I'm not saying he took those shots for fun, but I think he can box much tighter.
From the comments I've read, GGG and his team recognize that Danny is more of a threat, just as he seemed to realize that Lemieux called for a different approach than Brook did.

This doesn't help Danny's confidence either:

Jacobs said he didn’t draw any correlation between what happened to Stevens, who, like Jacobs is from Brooklyn, and his own situation of facing middleweight champion Golovkin Saturday at Madison Square Garden on HBO PPV. Golovkin stopped Lemieux in the eighth round of a one-sided bout in 2015. “No,” Jacobs said sternly. “Absolutely not. I’m a different fighter. Styles make fights. I’m confident in my ability.”
That's funny. You know the interviewer said to Jacobs 'you know, that's probably going to happen to you on Saturday. How to you feel about that?'

Of course he would say that it doesn't influence him, but it is not realistic.
