He wasn't that close to his father, they had an on-off relationship as I understand it. He lived with his mother.Stuarty30 wrote:He's probably marginally safer in the jail! eff the young lads old man getting a hold of you!
Still, he's gonna be wanting blood isn't he... Wouldn't be surprised if he had mates on the inside as well that will do him a turn.Crease wrote:He wasn't that close to his father, they had an on-off relationship as I understand it. ah they were pretty close, too close maybe, like a lot of father and sons.Crease wrote:He wasn't that close to his father, they had an on-off relationship as I understand it. Makes sense. Long time before he can book that flight to Turkey of course... and spending all that time with nonces, rapists and assorted weirdoes wont be great fun.thepocketrocket wrote:Yes, if I was him, I would go into solitary, and then upon release, I would go straight to the airport back to Turkey.
It seems very much that the plan was to do his ex girlfriend and Eammon came out instead. Very sad story.boxingknockout wrote:Makes sense. Deserves it though. I didn't realise Magee was also doing an engineering degree. What a waste....
I dunno mate, those turk/Albanians are some tough bastards. Eamonn jnr being a decent amateur boxer and son of legendary hardman didn't stop him being stabbed to death.Stuarty30 wrote:He's probably marginally safer in the jail! eff the young lads old man getting a hold of you!
Likewise! Scary dude!TheLeprechaun wrote:They might be tough but I don't even want to imagine what would happen to the guy if he was released. I'd run for my life if Eamon Magee Sr was coming after me, and promptly emigrate immediately.
Both locations the murderer worked were torched. I'm pretty sure if he hadn't been remanded he would've 'disappeared'.Bricks wrote:I dunno mate, those turk/Albanians are some tough bastards. Stabbing someone in the dark when they aren't expecting it is the complete opposite of being a tough bastard. It's cowardly to the extreme. A tough bastsrd would have offered to sort the issue out like a man, fists, fair fight etcBricks wrote:I dunno mate, those turk/Albanians are some tough bastards. Stabbing is the act of a coward.
I agree, but being a coward doesn't mean you're not a nutter.... also that man isn't going to come out too well in a fist fight and he knows it.lillywhite14 wrote:Nah, of course it don't.
My point was the murderer in this case seems anything but tough. Making sure his victim was unaware and having to use a knife as he didn't fancy risking it any other way.
Agree with u mate. All I'm saying is I've known some tough Albanian bastard in my time .in fact I'd say they r the best street fighters I've ever seen.lillywhite14 wrote:Stabbing someone in the dark when they aren't expecting it is the complete opposite of being a tough bastard. i doubt very much he will pass from natural causes . absolute tragic waste and the piece of shit deserves everything he will get.boxingknockout wrote:Both locations the murderer worked were torched.
