I don't know exactly what inside info Robbins has on Mayweather's finances (probably very little) that said, Mayweather's expenditure outstripping his income wouldn't hugely shock me. His gaudy displays of wealth are just that.

It would be easy for Mayweather's spending is outstripping his income... You have to be a multi-billionaire to spend like there's no tomorrow.

With a 340,000,000 million net worth, He'd have to spend 50,000 a day to run out if he's even modestly successful with his investments. And he's supposedly a friend of Warren Buffett and gets great investment advice. If he didn't make any money on his investments and spent 50,000 a day it would run out in about 19 years. And that comes a lot sooner than most people think -- because there's so much money there, day by day it doesn't seem like you're making a dent in it.

But if he were super frugal and penny pinching, and only spent 9,000 dollars a day that money would last over a 100 years...

However there's a lot of wives who have no problem spending 9,000 a day if that's their full time job---which it usually is... She buys a nice 120,000 dollar car.. She really needs a good car and you can afford it.. That's 13 days worth of spending right there... The next day she's sees some jewelry she likes...

Supposing Mayweather lives to be a hunnerd, and supposing he’s worth 3 or 4 hunnerd mil right now - then of course it will not become “0” you dumbass. Everyone knows it’s a fact that you can’t “blow” that much dosh.

On a serious note - I think Mayweather should fight until he loses. He’s able to win his fights so lopsidedly and avoid punches........I don’t know. I suppose you gotta factor in the gruelling training camps....it’s not just “keep fit” that he does.
Is Mayweather retired to avoid fighting , or so he doesn’t have to put his body - and his mind through it no more? I guess that’s my question. There’s so much money on the table for him, but he doesn’t need it. How many times can you keep having one more?

You can buy a lot of cars... a lot of houses... a lot of exotic animals... buy your friends a lot of presents... invest in their businesses... get married a lot... and have a lot of kids... people you're responsible for need medical care ... that money will evaporate before you know it if you're a dumb fk.

Cars don’t make a dent on the sort of money Mayweather gets. It’s when you start to “customise” things it gets expensive.
Yes - marriage also - or rather, when they end..I think Holyfield got done for a lot of his cash like that. Ex-spouses asking for completely inflated sums in “maintenance”.

Would I be surprised? No. But I think that this report is BS. Floyd constantly talks about how his investments have set him up to receive many millions a year for the rest of his life. He's smarter than most people make him out to be.

But if he does run out of money, we're more likely to see him in jail than living in an apartment somewhere humping it out month to month.

No proper champion would take on someone from a different sport at his own sport. He will cheapen his legacy regardless of how much he earns.

His legacy will be enhanced simply for reaching the 50-0 mark. It wouldn't matter if he knocked out his father for that 50th win just having that 50-0 mark will look good in the history books.
