Anyone know who the oldest current pro in the UK is ?

Also, how do BBBOC view age when awarding licenses?

He isn't British, but shout out to Andreas Sidon.

Note not in the UK -
Wonder if Hassan Chitsaz has "retired" or just been "inactive" (http://boxrec.com/boxer/131476)

Muhammad Rachman is still fighting, at 105lbs despite being aged 45 (http://boxrec.com/boxer/16905)

Oldest world champion is fighting at 105lbs, 47 year old Nao Ikeyama (http://boxrec.com/boxer/239502)

Aged 41 Naoko Fujioka just became a 4-weight world champion (http://boxrec.com/boxer/511921)

Friend of mine, ex pro, 17-2 , fancies getting his license back and having couple fights.

Fit as a fiddle and far better than lot of pros ATM. But he's 44....

Quick Google and it seems best (least hassle) way is to get pro licence from Malta commission allowing you to fight pro in the U.K.
