I'd prefer to see GGG vs Jacobs II because I think it's a more relistically scenario than GGG vs Canelo.

So you'd rather see it because it's more likely?

You could be very right. Jacobs could go after Lemieux/CEJ or Jermall.

Even though Jacobs doesn look like he greatly wants the rematch he is still more likely to be persuaded then diva Canelo. Therefore GGG should press for Canelo in the Autumn and target Jacobs rematch for early next year.

Canelo has no reason to ever fight GGG. Doesn't need the money, the belts or the risk, and couldn't care less for the fans.

His fans won't demand it because their illusion might get shattered, literally.

Yeah , he probably doesn't care for the fans in the same way most fans won't care for him long after his careers done. Precisely why some boxers do avoid dangerous fights. Fair enough to him in that sense .

But don't get all hyped up after a fight and say you are ready to fight someone ASAP if you aren't actually gonna sign the fight...

He's getting a decent amount of coin so FairPlay and good luck to him, but don't talk like a game man if your main focus is to play it safe.

If GGG beats Saunders in June (which he will if they fight), and Canelo prices himself out for September, I think he very well could fight Jacobs again before the end of the year.

I expect Jacobs to take a relatively easy fight next, something like Wade or Tureano J.

I doubt there will be GGG vs. Jacobs 2. That would be a long shot.

I think it's GGG vs. BJS next. GGG vs. Canelo 2nd. GGG retires. Don't see GGG fighting for much longer.

You could be right. He did enough for a unknown kazakh fighter.

GGG vs Canelo is the bigger event, and I think it would probably be an even better action fight.

GGG vs Jacobs 2 is sure to be another competitive high level boxing match.

Either way fans would be in for a treat. I'd prefer GGG vs Canelo, but I'm down either way. I'd be down with a Billy Joe Saunders vs GGG fight as well.
