What has takaloo actually ever won ?.

WBU and that is it !

Wayne Alexander - give him a taste of the power !

WA has won genuine bells ( European - British )

Tak is obsessed with Wayne and I hope that Wayne stops him.

I know Dirt would disagree - but Tak is just strong and crude.

NO WAY ON THS EARTH DOES HE WIN A GENUINE WORLD TITLE !

It is a 50/50 fight.

Come on WA !

Hmmm.

If all Tak has won is the lowly WBU and the fact that he hasn't won the European and British belts is due to his only asset being crude strength.

Then why is a fight against Wayne 50/50?

50/50 because WA hads not beenactive of late.

If he had been - WA wins by KO in th early rounds.

Santois nearly stopped Tak and I DOUB he hots as hard as Wayne.!

Watch the Santos fight - Tak was nearly stopped in the 11th ( I think ? ).

50/50 fight at this time !

Fair enough. Unfortunately i missed the Santos fight.

I thought it might be more because although Tak might have plateaued, WA is on the slide.

But i agree, it's 50/50 match that i'm really looking forward to. (WA early, Tak thereafter)

Saying that i'll be on holiday for it and the Haye vs Thompson bout

I just hope the tv coverage doesn't overlap so that i can tape them both. Does anyone know the times? They're not showing on BBC or Sky websites yet.

No idea about times but the BBC are showing Thompson V Haye on a Saturday ( The fight is on as friday as we know ) so they won't overlap !

Sadly I think it is only highlights on Grandstand, mind you, with this fight highlights might be all you need, but it's a shame you won't get the tension of the big fight.

I agree.

Tak has the much better chin and has been far more active in recent years.

Have to favour Tak, who may win by quick KO.

Don't get me wrong if it had of happened a few years ago then i would probably slightly favour Alexander, but not now. He has gone backwards technically, watch his fight woth Pizzamiglio and see how many wild clubbing hooks he throws...okay so he eventually lands it's all over but Takaloo is smart enough to avoid those and land his own punches.

With Alexander's chin in the state it is i can only see one winner...i mean KO'd by Delroy Mellis (ok so he is a big puncher, but a fighter Wayne should be dealing with) and dropped by Howard Clarke was it? I'm willing to be wrong on that one, i can't quite remember who dropped him recently.

Anyway Takaloo TKO3 Alexander is my tip.

No, you're right. Clarke dropped him with a body shot. Mind you, Tak has been dropped a few times himself.

Was at Waynes fight with Pizzathingywhateverhisname is and he was awful then, and that was years ago now. He was starting to get tired in the third round, marching forward mumbling "c'mon" to himself and that was against someone who was running for his life.

I think people will be surprised how easily Takaloo deals with Wayne in this fight.

Tak was stunned against Santos, but that was late in the fight, and the shot he got hurt with was a very hard left to the back of his head which he took quite well considering he was losing and tired, but if you watch it, his faculties are together because he actually moves around the referee to buy himself some time. He came back and IMO won the last round. I believe Santos is underrated.

Plus, there's a glint in Tak's eye for this fight which I can't remember him having since he beat Anthony Farnell.

Tak to obliterate the overratted Alexander in the fourth-sixth rounds.

If Tak's crude, Alexander is no Pernell Whitaker is he?

I will be supporting Wayne all the way !

Tak strikes me as a nice enough guy but he seems to do a lot of talk and pops up everywhere ( good promotion though ! ) but lacks the 'SKILLS' to be world class..

He is the Light Middle version of Matt Skelton !!

( That was a joke ! ).

I just think Tak is so obsessed with Wayne that he HAS to win and a loss will really harm him.

I remember when he had that big thing in Boxing News saying that

Richard Williams was overated ( what brought that on ?).

WA he knocked him out in sparring !

He also said a few things about other foighters and that there was no way he would lose to Santos and then he went out on a whimper because he got a cut early in the fight ?. so what ?.!

Wayne will be in the best shape possible and he WILL knock Tak out !

Wayne is not as vulnerable as some may think - ask Harry Simon !

WA will do it and in style !

All he has to do is jab - Tak can't box !.
