Why dont top usbekestan boxer turn pro?

they had like 3 gold medals and totaly owned the olmypic boxing scene in rio. dont they want to become millioneres

the usbekestan guys i mentioned are amateur elite, are gold medalist, are top. trust me, they wont be b class boxers and i can name you 20 or more in lighter divisions who make very good money.
