Reach measurements seem to change a lot, they must get taken badly a lot.

It's irrelevant, because for all we know, Floyd might not have anything to do with the stats presented by the website you're referring to. So accusing him of being a "liar" is not only highly-ignorant, but it's also incredibly stupid!
