ward struggled with barrera and would have a tough time against gonzales, simply because they much bigger and stronger than him. look how gvozdyk handles b class opponent like guys like barrera or gonzales are. ward struggled and makes a ud and gvoz tkos him inside 3

I picked Kovalev last time and I fancy him to edge it again

I have Kov and Ward 1 & 2


He wont fight after Kovalev 2, so we'll never know how he lines up against the rest but my money is on 4 wins, a couple of which would be a complete clowning

Ward is definitely not #1 anywhere.

I think Ward beats Stevenson decisively - it would look a bit like BHop vs Tarver. Considering Ward got the W over the guy most considered the #1 in the division - even if it was controversial - it's fair that those who thought he won should have him as the #1.

With an honest referee who prevents Ward from using illegal tactics Kovalev, Gvozdyk and Beterbiev would beat him.

But not Browne and aging Stevenson.

..I don't follow p4p lists..considering the controversial nature of this win though I'd say Ward should stay where he is (wherever it is) pending the rematch..

most close rounds i gave it to kovalev, because when the round was close, than i had to view who did piddy paddy punches and who did punches that did some kind of hurt and mostly it was kovalev. kovalev won by 3-4 rounds.

Come on. I'm a Kovalev guy but even I have to admit that Ward is one of the tops at LH. Anyone that came THAT close to beating Kovalev is tops in the division. No one has come even close to what Ward did to Kovalev. I had Ward losing but still have to say this is crazy talk.

ward came close to beaten kovalev, rarely winning a single round convincing. bert already beat in the amateurs and i would favour gvoz against kov

Stevenson would never fight ward.

What a dog shit thread. If it was Kov's fight it was by 2 rounds at most. That's proof enough how good Ward is, to come up a weight and run the best in the division that close.
