I've only ever heard one trainer bang on about his 'unbeaten record'. Tesco Joe. Obviously as soon as his fighters stepped up his 'record' was tarnished.

Any other trainers ever went on about their own record or just this ego maniac?

The only other trainer that springs to mind blowing their own trumpet is old Floyd. He's a mad crack addled mentalist though.
