Liam Williams v Liam Smith Box Rec Result

Hi,
How do I get boxrec to amend their result in here to the official result does anyone know?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4zjGMM0Uo8&t=2273s
At 37.50 of the above, the ref says 'seconds out Round 10'
At 41.37 The announcer gives the official result 'At the begginning of the 10th Round'.
Every report on the fight from BBC to DailyMail to everyone report correctly as the 10th.
Thanks

If it's for betting purposes it will be settled on the 9th round, the rule is you have to answer the bell for the round for it to be considered to have started. Williams did not answer the bell as Lockett pulled him out so I don't think you will get anyone to change it. It has worked against me a couple of times but its been the rule for so long now that I have had a couple of fights where this has happened and it's been in my favour so I can't complain.
Papers and radio and stuff just go with what is said in the ring, they are not interested in anything else.

i agree with most firms that is the settlement
with this firm their rules say 'the result will be settled on the official result announced in the ring'
if i fighter is pulled out between rounds then always bets are settled on the round that has just finished ie in this case the 9th
but that's not what happened here
the bell went for the 10th, the 10th started and then fight was called off. And then the official result was announced as the 10th in the ring. completely different scenario and by their own rules they should settle on the 10th Round.

If there rules say that then you may well have a case and I hope they pay you out, if the rules don't mention anything about the round not starting and just say the announcement etc try having a word with IBAS which is the betting arbitration service, although I have to say I don't think the round did start even with the bell ringing to be honest but if they have left that part out of there rules then give it a go, best of luck mate.

Yeah some firms say 'irrespective of the round starting its still the previous round' this lot say official result announced in the ring. Their rules are vague and contradictory.
thanks for your help on this

Betway
They paid out in the end which is good and honorable, i would suggest to them to tighten up their ambiguous rules or that could end up paying out both results in the future!!
