Who would win the fight in their prime between Joe Choynski who fought the best fighters in his era against the former world light heavyweight champion Jack Dillon who fought the best heavyweights in his era in a 15 round or 20 round fight? Dillon by decision and what is your opinion? :box:

Really hard to say. I guess I would lean towards Dillon as well. Too bad there was not a light heavyweight division in the 1890s; Choynski probably would have been a champion.

Yes, they would have a light heavyweight division in 1890s and yes, Choynski would have been the first ever world light heavyweight champion instead of Jack Root. :TU:

I think the light heavyweight division could have been very intersting during that decade. Fitzsimmons, Maher, McCoy, and Mitchell could have all fought at that weight class during this time had it existed. Even Sharkey might have been able to get down to this weight. Doubtful anyone guy who have held the title for a long time with a lot of title defenses.
