He generally is because he's a dope fiend...and it's just excess drool rather than enthusiasm... After this fight Chavez will be drooling out of both sides of his mouth and the middle of his lower lip will be pinned to his nose.. His forehead will be sticking out a few inches and his cheeks will swollen apples.
